Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients within the North American market through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their fit for our products/services, understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Generate high-quality leads and appointments for the sales team through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating key accounts, sharing insights and feedback to optimize sales processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification, consistently striving for excellence in performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 2 to 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the North American market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
